- Returns & Replacements
- Strictly no refunds or replacements based on unreasonable demands like "The colour does not look good on me", "I don't like the texture", "Item is not what I expected" etc. All goods are inspected and checked before we send out to you. Every effort has been made to represent the item as accurately as possible on the website. However, due to the difference of monitors used, the display of colours etc may not appear the same for you. Thus we cannot guarantee the colours are accurate on your PC.
- Refunds definitely will be given if the ordered item is OUT OF STOCK on our side.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We only accept bank transfer [POSB SAVINGS 198-13677-8] for local Singapore orders and Paypal [nurenwozuida@gmail.com] for overseas customers. Once your order has been made, please arrange to make payment as soon as possible. All item are on first come first serve basis (no payment = no order). Local payment is ONLY available on bank transfer to our POSB Bank account. * Please note that bank transfer of funds from other banks will take a longer time of 3 days before we can confirm the transfer.
- All orders will only be processed after we receive your full payment (Please send us a mail to inform us the date of transfer, transaction no, ibanking nick [if any] and transferred amount so we can proceed on with your order).
- So if you make an order today and paid via OCBC or UOB bank account transfer, it will takes 3 working days for the bank to transfer the funds into our bank account. However, do inform us about it so we can keep a lookout in it and once we receive the payment, we will process your order. Please understand that this is necessary as we have customers who has not paid even though we have sent out the items.
- Once paid, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.

- We strongly advise that you register for an account on our website so that you can track your orders online as well as saving your billing and shipping information for your convenience during your next order.
- Updating Account Information
- You can update your profile, billing as well as shipping information online by logging to your account.
How To Order
All prices on this website are stated in SINGAPORE DOLLARS. The price of the products do not include shipping and handling cost yet.
Step 1. Go through the "Shop" or go to the category that you are interested in on the top menu called "Product".
Step 2. Browse through the catalog. If you see an item you wishes to purchase, just click on the "Add To Cart"
Step 3. Once the item is added to cart, your shopping on the top right corner will display the items that you have added to your shopping cart.
Step 4. Once you have selected all the items that you wish to purchase, go to your shopping cart and click "Checkout"
Step 5. You will be shown a summary of all your items that you have added to your shopping cart. Check to make sure that all the products that you want are correct.
Step 6. If you have an account with us, please login. This way, you can have all your information filled up for you in advance. Otherwise, you can choose to register a new account or make the purchase as an guest.
Step 7. Next you will be shown several options for shipping. Select the shipping mode. Once you select the shipping mode, a final total will be calculated for you including the shipping and handling charge.
Step 8. Once you click on "Confirm", you should check your email for a purchase summary from us. If you did not get that email, please double check to see if the email has gone to Junk or Spam folders. If you still did not get that email after more than a few hours, please submit your order again.
Step 9. Once you receive this email, please proceed to make the payment either via iBanking or ATM asap to secure your order as some products may be limited and we will not reserve the products for you unless payment is made. Remember only upon payment, then we will reserve the items for you. This is to be fair to anyone else who already made order and paid in full.
Remember to reply our email with your payment transaction id, date, time, your name as well as your bank account number. Please also take note that if you are making the transfer from other different banks ( we are using POSB bank ), there is a normal delay of about 3 days for the transfer of money to go through.
Step 10. We will verify the payment and send you an email to let you know that we have proceed to process your order for delivery. Once we have shipped the order, you will also get another email alert. IMPORTANT: We will mail out the order within 5days after receiving the payment.
Step 11. Your order arrives at your house. Order completed and closed.
Optional : Self collection - no extra charges. IMPORTANT: Pick up location is only limited to Blk 635 Pasir Ris Drive 1, and we only arrange meetup at our convenient after receiving the full payment.
If a particular product is out of stock and you have already made payment, we will make the refund for the out of stock item. No refunds once you have confirmed your order. All the product information here are provided to the best of our knowledge, thus they may contain typos and inaccuracies.
